The best part of our stay was all the staff even the night girl we didn't see much of. Brittany eric, Jason Savanah and Savanahs crew make a wonderful team and do what they can for every individual they deal with. They do what they can to make sure your able to stay. I couldn't ask for a better place to spend my time during this unfortunate time in our lives.

Love the downtown location and rate. Perfect for a safe Chico weekend. It was quiet and comfortable. Nice bathroom mirror, hot shower and coffee in the morning. Didn't use the microwave, but finding it was unexpected at this rate. Thanks also for the body wash and shampoo.

What I liked is when I called the hotel before booking a room there, tristin helped me be able to check in at a earlier check in hour. I booked & paid for the room & tristin checked me in & let me have a 7am check which I really appreciated

I liked the how the room was decorated, it was clean, it was quit at night & even during the day, the lady who checked me in on Monday was very nice & I enojoyed our conversation we had while she checked me in.

No breakfast serve which is understandable because of pandemic effects. Staff were super nice and addressed my needs without hesitation.
